Exercise Points (EPs)

Exercise Points (EPs) are unique to 2WayFitness Analytics. EPs are a combination of time and effort. A single exercise point (EP) represents 1 minute of exercise at exertion Level 1 (lowest level). For example, 30 minutes of exercise at exertion Level 3 earns 90 EPs.

The longer and harder you train the more EPs you will earn, and the more EPs you earn the fitter you will get. You are the judge of your own effort level.

EPs will help you maintain continuity in your training program. You will be motivated to get out and earn more EPs.

The unique EP system provides an accurate record of your training intensity so you can make objective training decisions. To train smarter you need to have the right information. EPs provide a good record of training intensity so you can monitor your training to avoid injury while still training hard enough to achieve your goals.
