Donut Charts

You know that it is better to train smarter than to train harder. The "exertion level ratio" donut chart uses your EP data so you can view how hard you are training over a given time period and plan sessions accordingly. The "donut" shows the time you have been exercising at each exertion level. You can adjust your training program to ensure that you are training hard enough to achieve your goals, but not too hard that you burn yourself out.

The "activity ratio" donut chart uses the tags from your training records to compare the amount of time spent and distance covered in your various activities such as swim, ride, run, gym.

The ability to monitor not only what you do and for how long you do it, but also how hard you do it, may be the crucial factor in your training and event success.

Goals

You can create goals for any of your personal benchmarks, and your automated time series, and give them a deadline date. The goal will appear each time you view the corresponding chart allowing for easy monitoring of your progress.

Exercise Points

Our unique Exercise Points system creates charts automatically, allowing you to monitor key elements of your training program. A single exercise point (EP) represents 1 minute of exercise at Level 1 exertion (lowest intensity level). You gain more exercise points by training for longer, or at a greater level of exertion. For example, 30 minutes of exercise at intensity Level 3 earns 90 EPs.

The EP charts will help you maintain continuity in your training program. You will be motivated to get out and earn more EPs. This ability to monitor not only what you do and for how long you do it, but also how hard you do it, will be the crucial X factor in your training and event success.
