Your Training History

Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it

George Santayana (Spanish philosopher).

Here at 2Way Fitness we tend to agree with George Santayana. It is important to be able to review what you have done in the past so that you can plan the future. For that reason, 2Way Fitness Analytics has always allowed you to browse through your exercise activity history via the 'next' and 'previous' week buttons.

To make it even easier to move between dates, we have now added a date picker to the toolbar that allows you to quickly jump to any week within your calendar.

Being able to review your training history is a key component of the 2WayFitness application and will enable you to learn from your past and fine tune your preparation for upcoming events.

If you have any thoughts about recent changes or you have your own suggestions for improvements you'd like to see, or perhaps you have a problem to report, then we'd love to hear from you in the online forum.
